CONSOB has published the resolutions relating to the fee schedule applicable in 2019:
The fees applicable in 2019 to foreign funds marketed in Italy are composed of a fixed fee and for any fund, and an additional variable fee for funds publicly offered to retail investors only:
- Annual fee for foreign UCITS/AIFs marketed to professional investors under EU passport only: €3,895
- Annual fee for foreign UCITS/AIFs marketed to retail investors under EU passport: €3,895 + : €1,945/fund/sub fund
Please note that annual fees have decreased comparing to 2018.
Fees are due no later than 15 April 2019.
