AFG has developed a Distributor Questionnaire to allow French asset managers to oversight the activities of their distributors; this questionnaire includes required regulatory checks, as well as MiFID information.
The Distributor Questionnaire has been designed to be simple and efficient; it is intended to be used in the framework of the oversight of European and international distributors and intermediaries. The questionnaire is provided in French and in English.
