Following our news published on the 3rd April 2020, please be informed that ESMA has published on the 5 November 2020 translations of the Guidance.
As from now, National Competent Authorities (NCAs) have 2 months to notify ESMA whether they comply or intend to comply with the guidelines.
The guidelines will enter into force on 5 January 2021.
